Return & Refund Policy

Items can be returned anytime within 30 days.  Returns due to anything other than defective product must be unopened/unused and in their original condition.
Refunds will be issued to the same card or method used for payment.
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods can always happen, explain what your policy is.

We will arrange a replacement of any damaged/defective or incorrect goods and we will incur the related shipping costs to arrange this.
If you have any issues with your order please contact sales@pureroasters.com and we will reply within 3 days.

We use Royal Mail to ship and we charge £3.50 up to 2Kgs in the UK, above that the price varies depending on the size of package and destination country. Please contact us if you require a quote for postage.


We will reimburse postage costs if an item needs to be returned because of an issue we have caused.  Otherwise you (the customer) will be expected to pay this cost.
