Can you supply equipment too?

Yes, we are the official Iberital Rep for the Glasgow area and we arrange sale and maintenance of the full range of espresso machines, grinders and other coffee brewing equipment.

For those setting up a roastery themselves, we also are the UK representative for Pacrone coffee roasters.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Be sound.  Sometimes things go wrong, when they do we will make it better.  Unless you are rude.  Don't be rude.  Seriously though, if you aren't happy with any aspect of our coffee or service please let us know and we will return and refund.  We always want to be learning and improving so feedback good or bad is always welcome.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payment online and in person.  If you are booking the coffee bar for an event we ask that you make a deposit.  We have secure payment options online and use secure card terminals in person.  We take the protection of your data seriously and never save account details of our customers.

WILL YOU SUPPLY MY CAFE/RESTAURANT/VENUE

Yes.  We offer free delivery to our local vendors, initial training and special trade price on established accounts.  We will also wholesale beans and grounds should you wish to become a retailer.  We do like to chat and ensure we are the right fit with each potential supplier or vendor so drop Don or Rab a line here to chat about your ideal coffee solution.

WHAT MAKES YOUR COFFEE SO SPECIAL?

We are an ethical company that makes delicious tasting coffee. We buy our beans based on quality to ensure higher than fair trade prices for farmers and superior quality for roasting your blend. For us, business is about the human element, building relationships nurtured by trust and we take our responsibility seriously. Whether you're buying a bag of ground for the pot at home or 200 kilos for your coffee shop, you'll always have the full name and attention of the person you're speaking to. As we handle everything in house from procurement to packaging you can always be sure of the shortest possible time between roasting and delivery. After all coffee tastes best when it's fresh.

We ship orders within 3 days via Royal Mail.  Please allow 5 days for delivery. Deliveries over 2Kgs are sent via Parcelforce.  Hoodies & Tees are printed to order in Paisley and tend to take a few days longer than anything else.

Still reading eh?  You deserve some bonus knowledge.  Did you know that the human hand has more bones in it than the spine?  Not coffee related but interesting all the same I'm sure you'll agree.
